you request them to do so in writing.

Anyone employed by the participating organisation, or their
immediate family.
When can I attend appointments?
Appointments can be made during normal business hours and
at other times by arrangement. You may make an appointment
in your own time or during work hours. When you attend an
initial interview you may be considered to be on duty, provided
your manager/supervisor is notified. However, your manager/supervisor
does not have to know the nature of your problem. You may
make alternative leave arrangements if you prefer no one to
know that you are attending a counsellor.
Subsequent visits will be made under existing leave provisions
